John has over 10 years experience in FMCG manufacturing with Kimberly-Clark Australia. He has a strong history of leading teams in customer/account management and field sales.
He has worked in and managed teams in numerous markets across all major retail Grocery, Variety and Pharmacy channels in Australia. He has lead project teams to implement leading-edge business systems for trade spend management, scenario planning and business forecasting and implemented the Capabilities function at Kimberly-Clark for achieving best-practice standards for the sales teams.
John’s strength in Structure Optimisation has come from jointly implementing the Category Development function and implementing a new Customer Management structure at Kimberly-Clark to address new channel opportunities for the business and manage the increasing demands of major retailers. He lead the development and implementation of a 3-year strategic plan and channel strategy roadmap.
His skills strengths are in Strategic Business Partnering with retailers, Customer Management, Strategic Planning, Category Development, Structure Optimisation, Capabilities and Training. John has a Bachelor of Business Marketing and an Executive MBA.
