Lee bagLee holds ten years’ experience in the research, development and implementation of consumer and customer-driven market strategies across a breadth of sectors including FMCG, retail, primary resources, franchising, property, tourism, foodservice, health, professional services, entertainment & leisure, and retail media.

As part of the ShopAbility Insights team, Lee is a primary researcher as well as project managing field teams in the delivery of major quantitative research programs.

She also delivers channel and market intelligence and strategy projects for clients. Her current and past clients include Foster’s Group Australia, Sony Pictures, Coca Cola Australia, National Foods Limited, Nestle Purina, Blackmores and Orica Mining Services.

Lee is a NIDA-trained presenter with international performing experience (UK, Asia, Australia) and delivers presentation training for ShopAbility clients as part of our broader FMCG and Retail Training programs.

Lee’s work has won industry awards including the Australian Marketing Institute, Premier’s Food Awards (SA) and Public Relations Institute of Australia award programs. She has delivered keynote presentations at industry events including the FMCG Impact Summit, Public Relations Institute of Australia and BEC events and holds a Masters Degree in Communication Management.
