Troy has consulted to a wide range of companies including Diageo, Telstra, Selleys, Mars, Sanitarium, Brother, Toyota, Nestle, General Pants, COBA, AMP Capital, Blundstone and LEGO to name a few.
He has also worked across multiple channels, such as convenience and route, grocery, retail, vet/pet speciality, liquor, pharmacy, auto and hardware.
Troy established BLACKMARKET research in 2008 and has partnered with ShopAbility on numerous shopper/trade projects. He has a track record in identifying commercial opportunities to generate business growth for his clients.
Troy is a full member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) and holds tertiary qualifications in business marketing and psychology.
